Join us any Saturday of the year on our little corner of Greensboro, North Carolina’s Sunset Hills Neighborhood. We’re hard to miss as you are traveling on West Market – just look for colorful tents and lots of people!
Find fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables, meats, baked goods, prepared foods, fresh flowers, and artisan goods. Enjoy a freshly roasted and brewed cup of coffee or a just-squeezed juice. A big selection of breakfast choices are sure to please everyone in your crew.
Get to know where your food comes from, and the folks who lovingly grow and craft it.

Kids Activities
We have activities for kids too! Bev leads our Make and Take craft table with seasonal activities, where new kids fall in quickly with the regulars. Plant seeds, paint, cut and paste, and have fun creating each week with Bev. Our chicken mascot hides from spot to spot as kids find her, collect a prize and hide her again. Or, just maybe, they will discover that they do like sugar snap peas or carrots after all.
Pets
Well behaved, leashed dogs are welcome.
Community Groups
We encourage community services and civic groups to join us: one week you might have a library card made, volunteer for a local non profit, learn more about city services, drop off towels for the animal shelter, and so on.
Performers
Experience the sounds of the monthly Old Time Jam or buskers ranging from a budding violinist to a well known local troubadour.
Payment
Can’t hit the ATM before your visit? No worries! You can pay for your purchases with cash or credit/debit cards at every stall.
We welcome SNAP customers
We welcome customers using SNAP benefits. Our Greens for Greens program doubles those benefits. Just stop by the market information booth before you make your purchases and we’ll match up to $50 of your benefits every week. The tokens are accepted like cash for any SNAP eligible food at the market. Tokens never expire.
So if you’d like to spend $30 at the market, we’ll run your card for $15 and give you $30 worth of tokens. SNAP customers can double up to $50 each week, for a total of $100 in tokens. Tokens never expire. Out of your monthly stipend on your card? We still want to stretch your food budget so we will also match your cash, just show us your SNAP card.
Support Market Operations
Your contribution helps us keep our vendor fees low, and allows us to serve the community to its fullest.
Parking & Accessibility
There is parking in our lot, enter on the Kensington Rd side, with handicapped spaces available. There is free street parking on neighborhood streets and at several churches surrounding the market – just look for the Overflow Parking signs. When parking on the street, please be aware of our neighbors’ driveways and city parking signs.
Holiday and Weather-related Closings
Each year we close for the last Saturday of the year (between Christmas and January 1), otherwise you can count on us to meet you at The Corner, provided that the streets are safe for travel. In the uncommon event of a weather-related closing, we will post a notice here on the website as well as on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
